4. Ordering and Payment
(a) The Website offers art prints, original artwork, and artwork commissions for sale. Orders can be placed on this Website, or by contacting Emese Cuth directly. The prices listed are in Australian dollars. The Website accepts payments via major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Once the payment is received, the order will be processed and shipped. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
(b) When making a payment, you warrant that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Stripe terms and conditions which are available on their website.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders can be shipped worldwide. Your orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving payment. Shipping is free within Australia and is A$15 for anywhere outside Australia. Delivery times vary depending on the location of the recipient and the shipping method selected. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the nature of printed artwork, all sales are final. We accept no returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
